Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of being placed, provided they are placed before our daily cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays go out in the next batch.
Shipping Rates
- FREE standard shipping on all orders of $30 or more.
- Orders under $30: a flat $5.95 shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 8 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. If your country is not on that list, checkout will not be able to complete your order.
International Delivery Times
Orders outside the United States typically take 6 to 12 business days from dispatch. Shipping rates are the same as domestic: free on orders of $30 or more, and a flat $5.95 below that.
Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are set by your government, are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
We do everything we can to ship on time, but Wistful Paws isn't responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
